GAME 4: Lima won 7-3. Rios had 2 triples and a double while driving in 4 runs. Guthrie upped his record to 14-4 (3.97). GAME 5: Meknes won 6-5. Thomas had a pair of doubles and 2 RBIs as Meknes overcame a 5-0 deficit with 3 runs in the 7th. off Bell and 3 in the 9th. off Riske.
2) GLEN ELLYN at WELLINGTON: GAME 1: Glen Ellyn won 17-7. Tulowitzki went 2-6 with 4 RBIs. Delmon Young was 4-6 with a home run and 4 RBIs as all 3 Artesian Youngs homered: Delmon, Dmitri & Chris. McCann chipped in going 5-6, including a solo homer. Wellington's, Figgins, was lost for 16 games, due to injury. GAME 2: Glen Ellyn won 8-0. Delmon Young & Tulowitzki both had 4 hits and an RBI. Carmona tossed a CG 2 hitter and is now 7-13 (3.47). GAME 3: Wellington rebounded with a 7-6 victory. Hopper had a pair of singles and 3 RBIs. GAME 4: Wellington won 4-0. Redmond had 2 doubles and 2 RBIs. Bedard threw a CG 7 hitter to go to 16-6 (2.50). GAME 5: Wellington won their 3rd. straight 2-1. Webb pitched a CG 6 hitter to put his record at 16-6 (2.43).
